GUIDELINES FOR APPOINTMENT

1. Patients: We highly value your time and resources. Our quality maintenance and privacy standards don’t allow us to entertain walk-in consultations. A mutually agreed upon well kept appointment is essential to the first cordial interaction between the physician and client. Each consultation would generally last between 20 – 45 Minutes.

2. Medical Representatives: We value your time and efforts as much as we value ours and our clients’. That is why we don’t believe in making you wait endlessly at our clinic. If you may want to present a new or existing commercial product from your company’s hair/ scalp portfolio, you are requested to book your 15 minutes Free monthly appointment by filling in the appointment form.

Note for Medical Representatives:

• Any further appointment during the next 30 days shall be levied professional fees of ₹500/-  The paid professional appointment with the physician assures a dedicated time slot of 15 mins for presenting your products sans any further obligations on you. Number of such paid professional appointments shall be restricted to maximum of 3 appointments a month.

• It is a strict instruction from Director’s desk, HairOPD, that in accordance with Medical Council of India’s ethical conduct guidelines no gifts in material, in kind or in any other indirect way be offered to doctors or any other staff of the clinic. Furthermore, no offer for sponsoring CME trips/ holidays or provision of gift cards etc be made to any personnel at the clinic.

• The MR may however share product related brouchers, educational materials, research studies etc. Each request may be accompanied by Physician’s sample for the products briefed.

• Strictly no branded promotional display material in any form like pen sets/ paper weights/ clocks/ photo-frames or any other material of such nature be offered or provided to any staff or the patients at the clinic.

• Only the products that are made readily available in nearby chemist shops, be briefed about.

3. Other service providers: Please note that unlike numerous other medical establishments in the field, we do not engage in any commercially organized self promotion, advertising or PR, directly or indirectly for soliciting patients. We strictly observe the professional ethics on matter of advertising and promotions as prescribed by Medical council of India. Hence the service providers like advertising agents, PR magazines, brand promoters, event organizers and Paid Medical Listing portals etc are requested to not to make any promotional calls or visit the clinic without any prior appointment.
